Joe Sak and I had an amazing time at Windy City Rails 2010 this fall. The conference schedule was filled with goodness on code refactoring and monitoring, rails development best practices, and improving code quality across teams. Joe split off during the afternoon to contribute his efforts towards the Obtiva coding dojo: at the end of the day, the team created (from scratch!) a chat IM server that conference attendees were using. Outstanding!
A hearty kudos to the organizers of this event. I always meet new entrepreneurs, developers, and coders from across the midwest, and learn so much about what’s going on in our industry.
