The NMPS is the only program of its type in the world. It brings together professionals who publish within museums and similar institutions for discussion related to interpreting museum collections to a diverse public in an expanding array of media.
We are excited to be attending and sponsoring the National Museum Publishing Seminar 2016 this year in Chicago. Held at the iconic Aqua Tower designed by Jeanne Gang, the conference will bring together a remarkable set of speakers to discuss topics from project management to rights management, digital publishing to book design ideas. Neoteric Design creates multi-channel content management systems, which considers digital publishing from the perspective of the CMS. For us, especially interesting sessions will be:
* Made to Measure: Assessing Digital Publishing
* There Is No “Publish” Button: Case Studies of Unrealized Digital Projects
* Synching with Your Audience: New Models for Publishing
Its going to be a whirlwind couple of days, learning, meeting, and discussing publishing with folks at remarkable institutions from around the world. Welcome to Chicago, attendees!
